It's the last day of the month and you know what that means right? It's time for The 12 Kits of Occasions! The 12 Kits of Occasions is a group of 12 friends who all love to paper craft. Every month we take turns making a kit for the rest of the group. We all receive the same kit with the same items. On the last day of the month we reveal what we each made with the kit. It's fun to see how we used the product in different ways. Sometimes the projects are similar and sometimes they are very different.
Our hostess this month is Tracey McNeely from In My Creative Opinion Blog! Tracey is the Queen of CLEAN and a very prolific crafter! I love how she showcases images making them the center of attention with no distractions! Her kit was all good things.. stamped images from Ellen Hutson, Pretty Pink Posh and Lawn Fawn. Die cuts included pretty feathers from Concord & 9th and a super fun Reveal Wheel. There were even wood veneer embellishments from Jillibean Soup! The pretty plaid paper is from Lawn Fawn called Perfectly Chill Plaid.

You totally rocked Tracey's kit Jeanne! You are the queen of beautiful layers and patterns. I love the campers going through the mountains card. That is such a whimsical and fun little scene and that spinner card..... so cute! They're all just as cute as can be!
ReplyDeleteNow that I've dried my eyes from reading all those things you said about me...you turned out 6 amazing cards my friend! The simplicity of your daisy is pure awesome, just perfect in my eyes! I love all the little bit and pieces that you added to your cards--the school scene is too cute and I love the way you colour your hair, the car and trailer heading through the mountains brings back so many memories of camping with our kids and I love the teacher standing in front of the big pencil--just brilliant! I personally always love to see what you do with the kits Jeanne and you did not disappoint this time! xo
ReplyDeleteLOVE them ALL!!!! Such an incredible collection, so many sweet little details that you add make each card stand out, so much fun! Love your spinner card and your sweet card with the 3 classmates is as cute as it gets! Love your flower with only the center colored, really makes a beautiful statement!
ReplyDeleteSuch fabulous cards, Jeanne! I love your daisy on the plaid and you colored it so beautifully! How fun that you added a little school chum with the other kids and those plaid hills are wonderful! Your gorgeous mountain scene is amazing with the plaids too! I love the way you colored the hair on the teacher and little girl - so cool! All of your cards just shine!
ReplyDeleteSix AWESOME cards Jeanne! I love the way you mixed your plaids together and made them totally look like they belonged together! And I know you'll think I'm a goof, but what stood out to me the most was the hair on the teacher card...chunky highlights and I loved it!! Perfect coloring on every one of them too! You definitely rocked this challenge and I'm giving you an A+ too!! :0)
