Our Hostess this month is Kara Lynne from Bright Hope Creations and our theme is For The Graduate. What a wonderful kit! Rainbow colored papers from Lawn Fawn, stamped images from WPlus9, My Favorite Things and Stamping Bella. Lots of die cuts too in (swoon) gold and glossy black!
I used just about EVERYTHING in this kit with the exception of the number die cuts so (so I can use them for any year).
I can't believe I made SEVEN cards! Here goes!

I am just drooling over every one of your cards, Jeanne! Your design skills know no end! I love that gold celebrate stretched across the silhouettes and your fabulous sky, hills, and grass with that Dr. Seuss sentiment! Those circles really show off the round cookies, and the button to hold the tassel is genius! Speaking of, I love the way you affixed the other tassel too! Those bright balloons and their occupants are wonderful on the notebook paper sky! Honestly, there isn't one card here that I don't LOVE!
ReplyDeleteYou went right to town with Kara's kit Jeanne and I love each and every card! That first card with the rainbow background and the three silhouettes is totally amazing!!! I adore the grad animals and the smark cookie cards so much and the balloon animals are just as sweet as can be!!
ReplyDeleteWOW...you really did go to town with this kit Jeanne, and every one of them is FABULOUS!! I think my favorite is your 1st card with all the silhouettes across the rainbow striped paper...so fun and bright and just perfect! And it looks like we were thinking somewhat alike on the red tassel card...love it! And your little balloon card is as sweet as can be! They are ALL wonderful Jeanne...definitely FUN cards and can see why you made 7 of them! Nice feeling to have some grad cards ready to go too, isn't it! :0)
ReplyDeleteYou sure made a lot of fabulous cards with this kit!! I love how you focused on the pattern paper in many of them. GREAT design!
ReplyDeleteAs you usually do, you've worked your magic with colors, layers and and abundance of cuteness! Love them all Jeanne. Thanks for the inspiration needed for my leftovers!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness....simply over the top fabulous creations! Just love each and everyone of them. From your sweet critters waiting to be colored to your pair in the hot air balloons and your silhouettes against those fabulous stripes. Your totally took Kara's incredible kit and hit one out of the park!
ReplyDeleteSo clever & cute--all of them! I really love the first one, the shaker & the last one with just white & gold plus the pink embellishments!
ReplyDeleteWow--seven cards--fantastic job with Kara's awesome kit! The rainbow papers were favorites of mine so I loved seeing you first card with the silhouette--so awesome! And how sweet is your scene with the LF critters. The smart cookie design is another cutie. I also adore the critters in the brightly colored balloons and seeing how you used both tassels. Every card is wonderful, Jeanne!!
ReplyDeleteJeanne I could stay here all day and keep looking at each of your beautiful professional designs! This is so your craft ...designing cards! You always amaze me !Love your uncolored Grace and beautiful shaker card! The first photo with the sweet uncolored critters is just darling! Love the crayons in the photo what a sweet idea! The silhouettes over the bold rainbow patterned paper is maybe my favorite if I had to pick.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a wonderful May!
The demo, new wood floors, paint , baseboards , etc is surly kicking our butts! Last big project we do ourselves.
Oh my goodness that first card is awesome!! Love the group of grads celebrating together! Also in love with all the images that you did NOT colour they stand out so much and it really adds interest to the bright background behind them! Then to finish it off with a shaker, so festive!
