On my last shopping spree I found this beautiful die from Find It Trading called Ice Crystal Frame. It's got lots of pretty delicate snowflakes lining the frame.
What surprised me is that this is a two piece set. There was a circle die cut (that I cut the silver circle with) included. This is a big die too - 4 7/8" square. My finished card size is 5 1/4" square. You can see the die in the shop here. And guess what? It's only $10.39!
I layered the clean white die cut over a distress ink background of Blueprint Sketch, Tumbled Glass, Peacock Feathers and Salty Ocean. The sentiment cut with a circle die is from the Altenew Modern Deer Stamp Set.

This is gorgeous, Jeanne. What a pretty find in that die set and the colors you chose for the blended background really help make it pop. I like how you offset the sentiment circle, too. It really draws your eye in. Gorgeous work!
