The release includes lots of new things including 5 new stamp sets, loads of dies and new sequin and jewel mixes too.
I'm sharing just die cuts today.. so only a small portion of what's available! I love color and die cuts are always my favorite! I started both of these cards with a background of Stacked Edges dies. You simply cut a bunch of the stitched border dies and attach them together to create beautiful backgrounds. That's a lot of cutting, so I always cut three dies at a time and save all the strips in an envelope for future projects. My tree at home is always covered with a rainbow of colored lights and ornaments so the rainbow background was a natural here.
The new Layered Tree die is easy to assembly. I cut the dies in shades of green and decorated it with lots of bitty ornaments hanging from little bows. There are three ornaments in the die set so you can choose the shape you like. The Season's Greetings Script die is layered over the tree.
I die cut the new Stitched Ornaments dies in red, and yellow, and carefully cut a piece in orange where they overlap.
The "jolly" word sentiment was cut from the new Ornament Shaker die (there's a new Tree Shaker die too!)!
I think the jewels are my favorite embellishment right now. The new mixed color packs make it easy to choose a favorite since it's got more than one shade inside!
