Muse Challenge #221 - I WOOF You!

I hope you're having a great day!  Things are a little quiet here this week... my son is off to Colorado with a few friends for the week.   The weather hasn't been the best either.  When it's not raining it's been super hot and humid.  I'm keeping cool playing in my craft room! 

  

 Today I'm playing along with Muse Challenge #221.  Here's the inspiration photo from designer Jenni Murray!  What a fun challenge and a great way for me to try something new!  I love how simple this design looks.  The colorful stamping in different directions is brilliant and I love the balance she created.  Notice each stamp is repeated for a fun pinwheel effect.

Here's what I came up with.... 

I thought it would be fun to repeat the colorful stamping with a mix of images and sentiments.  

I mixed sentiments from three different Reverse Confetti stamp sets, Puppy Love, Paw Prints, and Big Notes.

You know I just love my pattern papers and I can't resist a few layers, so I addd some pattern paper to my design.

I mixed in some paw prints and hearts with the different sentiments.  I think this one is going to Grandmas house as a little thank you for watching Miss Moriko.  My sister always has a stock of treats for her and even brings a pocket full when she comes to visit.

I love how this one turned out and I gotta tell you.. I'm tempted to make on in pink with the girl pup with the bow on her head!   Stay tuned!  LOL!
