Better hurry! It's day three - the last day of Lori Hairston's Visions of Sugarplums annual event. It's a nice way to get in the spirit of the season! Lori has lots of great sponsors lined up and designers who will fill your day with holiday cheer! If you're hopping along you should have reached me from Cherry Nelson's blog.
Today I'm playing with goodies from Reverse Confetti! I love to make all sorts of Christmas cards - but my favorite are those that bring back memories of my childhood. I have many fond memories of waiting for Santa to arrive. Every year we would go to my Uncles house on Christmas Eve. I remember hearing reports on the radio - broadcasters saying that they'd seen Santa over the city close to home. I would look out the car window to see if I could see him too!

When we would get home my dad would make some excuse to get out of the car before the rest of the family. I suspect he was really getting in the house quick so he could put the presents under the tree! We didn't have much money so there were only one or two presents for each of us.. but that was enough.

Lori has some fab gifts for you just for hopping along - like some Twinery Twine! It makes every project a little more special.

To keep the gold snowflakes from "disappearing" into the pattern paper I put circles of solid card stock behind them. They look like ornaments!
When my kiddos were little they used to call Santa "Ho Ho".. another great memory!
Ok.. ready for the next stop? It's on to Greta Hess! But before you go.. MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE A COMMENT! Winners will be selected from the commenters on the hop so make sure you spread a little love!
Good Luck and Happy Hopping!
