Tupelo Designs Reverse Confetti Kickoff Hop!

Oh happy day!  I've got some great news to announce!  You know I love Tupelo Designs LLC store.  Not only do they have free shipping every day with no coupon code required, AND customer loyalty points for every purchase that turn into cash that you can apply to more crafty goodness.. but they also have all of my favorite brands in one place.  We're so excited to share that they've just added Reverse Confetti products to the store.  To celebrate the design team is posting a project made with some of their favorite RC stamps! 
I'm a flower lover so the new Blooms 'N Buds is my favorite right now.  I started with a Distress watercolor panel in Broken China.
Next I cut a white panel and embossed it.  I cut  it in strips to let the watercolor panel peek through. 

I topped that with stamped die cut flowers and leaves in bright summery colors.
