Thanks for stopping by! Are you blog hopping with Serendipity Stamps today? If you are you should have reached me from Vickie Zimmer's Blog. We've got lots of new dies to show you this month! And.. there's a nice little prize we're giving away to one random commenter. If you'd like to start from the beginning and get all the details you can find them here at Mary's Blog.
I've got three cards and lots of photos for you today. My first card features the large floral heart stamp colored up in Copic Markers. I die cut the new "Sweet" word die into the design.
All of the Serendipity Stamps word dies have a matching font script so they are interchangeable to create different sentiments.
The script pairs well with most of the word stamps too!
I wanted to make this card a little less traditional. I like to send cards to friends and family, and don't always want to go all "red roses" for Valentine's Day. The yellow and turquoise make this a fun, casual card.
This card features the new Heart Scroll Valance and Scallop Border Set. This is a two piece set - a fancy scroll border with a removable solid scallop border with a pierced design.
The monochromatic color scheme and neutral accents bring all these different elements together seamlessly. Do you see the little hearts in the scroll border design?
My last card has three of the new dies on a clean and simple layout. The fancy Mini Scroll Heart is a double die set - the scallop heart outline is a cut away so you can use them together or separate on your design.
I trimmed the "S" off the "Valentine's" word die. The new words allow you to assemble them in different combinations to create phrases like "My Sweet Valentine" "Valentines Day" etc.
The Mini Scroll Heart design matches the larger Heart Scroll Die. I thought it would look elegant in gold.
Ready to see more of the latest release? Next on your stop is Jenny Gropp! Make sure you leave me a comment before you go so you'll be entered to win! You have until Jan 4 to leave a comment, the winner will be announced on Mary's blog on January 5.
I hope you love the new dies. For another chance to win why not join us at our challenge blog? It's a monthly challenge and we're always looking for new friends there!
