It's a new month, and there is a new challenge at CASE Study this week. Our muse is the oh so clean and simple Donna Mikasa from Three Umbrellas blog. You will probably recognize her from the Avery Elle design team! Gotta tell you I think I'm going to learn lots this month. Here's the inspiration photo for this week - so what do you see? Lots of colors, a thank you card? Letters? Go with what moves you. For me I loved the balance - the top heavy stamped portion and how it dwindled down to a clean message at the bottom. I translated this into a neat and orderly top half that "fell apart" at the bottom - sort of like a jig saw puzzle - the top is complete, and the bottom is unfinished.

Great interpretation of the inspiration card!
ReplyDeleteOhhh! That is what I said when I saw this card Jeanne...so smart and I love how you stamped all the rows at top and got less and less toward the bottom just like the inspiration card. This is really clever and I would have killed to see you blowing bubbles in the freezing cold. Youtube would have loved that!
ReplyDeleteGet out of here with this design! Love what you created here. And this is why you are on so many DT!
ReplyDeleteI know it sounds way too cold by you. How fun to try all those things with the freezing temps.
