Got scraps? I think we all do! Little bits of pattern paper and fancy ribbon that we just can't seem to part with. Twice a month Serendipity Stamps sponsors a challenge blog where you post projects featuring your favorite Serendipity Stamps. The challenge this time is to create a project using some of those scraps! You could win $20 off your next order by linking up your creation here. Everyone is a winner though because the sale this time is free shipping on all orders $10 and over within the continental US - sale ends on 11-13!
Sometimes I buy the big 12x12 sheets of patterned paper, but lately I've been drawn to the 6x6" size. They are easier to store and flip through. I find myself reaching for the bigger ones less and less so I've been cutting the big sheets into 6x6 squares to keep them handy. Either way I'm left with all sorts of scraps. I've been trying to convince myself that anything smaller than 3 x 6 should make it into the recycle bag, but of course that never happens. I made this Thanksgiving card with the 1" left over strips - all from the same pad - my 6x6" Authentique "Thankful" collection.
