It's time for another Serendipity Blog Hop Challenge! This time is was to make something Halloween! That is easy to do with the big selection of Halloween Stamps available at Serendipity Stamps. You can see them here. The special of the week? 20% off the Halloween category stamps now through September 26.
I made a few quick projects. The first this simple witch in the window. The only coloring is the moon.
Next I made a few tags - if you don't have treats you are bound to get tricks so better to be prepared with some goodies on hand!! For these I simply stamped the images in Momento and colored them up with Copics. The bows look big and floofy because the ribbon is wired - so you can shape it as you like.
I hope you'll check out the other Halloween inspired projects by the rest of the design team - I know they will be frighteningly fantastic!

ReplyDeleteJeanne.
First, you know I love the window. Love it! That witch silhouette goes so perfectly behind it with that lace as curtains. The bow is so pretty looks great next to the window and what a cute sentiment that goes perfectly with the little witch. I think your tags are so sweet! The nautical wheeler doily looks just like a spiderweb with the circle on top of it. I had to look to see where you found that web doily! Great job on your projects as always.
ReplyDeleteLove your card and your tags! The card has such a nice combo of old and new. The window is a great way to frame the image!
ReplyDeleteJeanne, I just love your beautiful card, and the fun treat tags, your colouring is fabulous, and I love that fabulous poofy bow!
ReplyDeleteWonderful!!! Love the window (after my little experimenting with windows by hand...not an artiste...that window is in the mail, LOL!) and love the tags and fluffy bows!!!
ReplyDeleteWow, you used one of those fabulous windows. The witch outside is such fun! Love your gorgeous bow and bling accent! And the bows on your tags are amazing. That wired ribbon has an almost spidery look and the images are adorable!
ReplyDeleteAwwww...so so adorable with that little Halloween witch! Love how you framed her behind the window with lovely border trim! Gorgeous bow treatment, too! Take care, hugs!
ReplyDeleteThis is really cute. I love the ribbon you used, and the bow you made. And, how clever to use the window die.
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love the window card. I have been looking for a window like that but can't find one.
ReplyDeleteMy goodness, that card is just so elegant and beautiful! I love the toile-look paper you used! I've never seen anything like it. And what a beautiful gem on your bow! Stunning card!
ReplyDeleteAnd how can I not mention the tags! Those die cut doilies are specular! When you cut them in black it's perfect for Halloween:)
