Pretty Pink Posh August Release Blog Hop!

 

Yayyy for happy news! Pretty Pink Posh has a brand new release of some of the cutest stamps you ever saw! o celebrate we're having a two day blog hop so you can see lots of designs created with the new stamps! I made two cards today - both very CAS because I wanted the stamps to be the star of the show!  I couldn't resist making a beaver dam out of the log stamp in the Camping Friends set!  I cut the log and the beaver several times - colored with Copics and die cut with the coordinating stamp set.  You're going to love that there is a die for every single image in the set!  

I created the wavy river by adding Tumbled Glass distress ink to the bottom of the cardstock panel.  I used the negative of the scalloped border die cut from the Stitched Borders 3 set as a mask. I blended in some Blueprint Sketch ink for the waves.

 

The clouds are from the Rainy Days die set.    The sunshine is from the Camping Friends set.  

The finishing touch was the addition of some 4mm Blue Lagoon Sequins so you can see the sun sparkle on the water!

 

My second card features the new Blissful Butterflies Stamp Set!  You're going to love the pretty butterflies in this set!  This is a small 2 x 3" stamp set with coordinating dies.  So small.. but ohhh the possiblities! 

I added Tumbled Glass distress ink to a card stock panel and topped it with a frame I created with the new Stitched Hexagons.  They're stitched on the inside and out so if you stack them together you can create a frame with stitching along the inside and outer edges.

The butterflies have a clean line design so they are really easy to color, and I love the "hello" script sentiment! 

 

There is even a dotted swirled line stamp to add a little motion to your beautiful butterflies!
